Morocco Diary #7

Been without well water for about 7 days now.  Guess I shouldn't have mentioned my well was working in the last Morocco Diary.  The well here was one of the better ones in the area. But its been a hot dry summer with little rain, and its been at least 5 months since the heavy rains of last winter.  I don't expect much rain here until maybe October or later. Winters here along the Med. tend to be wet and windy.

Night time Ramadan well digging

My landlord hired some local well diggers to dig the well deeper by 3 meters (9 feet) through hard shale.   Since its Ramadan, and the locals fast during the day, all work is done at night.  They start the evening about 8 pm, with a meal with the workers, and down the hole they go.  My well was about 35 feet deep as it was, and about 4 feet across.  Some wells are machine dug but most here are hand dug, perhaps because its easier to deepen the hand dug wells when the water table drops.  The well is now producing water but there's a pressure guage that I am waiting on to be fixed. I really need to do some laundry, I am running out of clean clothes!  ( 6:20 PM Late update...got so frustrated with this, my landlord had the pressure gauge all day, didn't install it, but apparently his tagine restaurant on the beach is more important than having water in this apartment complex...arrggh! When I can smell myself...its time for a shower!  I got the pressure switch from him and and I will install it myself!!!!  Maybe its time to look for a new place?)

Water is a big issue in this valley. Other valleys have streams running through them,  and this place once did.  According to some accounts there was once a stream that ran from near the mountain peak to the sea, but someone decided they wanted to install a mineral water plant and somewhere in that process ended up collapsing the hillside that was the source of the spring and putting an end to the surface flow of water. I am not sure what date that was but it seems to be prior to the year 2000.  I don't know how much of that story is accurate, but you can see the collapsed hillside about 2/3 up the mountain where the spring source collapsed.   There is a true need for some heavy equipment to go in there and clean that spring out and install some precast concrete retaining walls.

Some wells have 7 or 8 pumps feeding local homes in them. A veritable snakes den of tubing comes out of the one by the cafe, and another well is being dug the other side of the road from the cafe.   A hike up the valley toward the mountain peak is criss-crossed with CPVC pipes feeding local Berber homes on the hillsides. Some have no running water at all and have to hand carry water from wells.  Its not uncommon to see children or women carry large plastic jugs of water up the hills.  Same goes for propane tanks which most everyone cooks here.   Moroccan propane tanks are not like the thin walled ones used in American barbecues, these are heavy steel tanks that hold about 50% gas than the American ones do.  I go through about a tank every two weeks just for heating hot water, but I think there's an issue with my on-demand water heater and its using more than it should.

I have lost a good deal of weight since last November by the end of May I had lost 4 inches off my waistline. I think I have lost another inch in the last month.  I took some clothes in a few weeks ago to have the waists reduced by 4 inches. Labor rates in Morocco are not high, so getting something like pants taken in by a truly professional tailor only costs about 30 dirham (US$ 3.75). I have not been able to do laundry for about a week, because of the water situation, so having the extra clothing that fit on hand was a true blessing.  Not that I expected to be without water, but it had been a problem at Heather's house and other properties in the area.

The first few months here have been a real education, while not much has been done in terms of creating a community with actual land, we are still scouting for suitable land for various projects.

We did learn much about dealing with rental and property issues and some of the local scams that some try to play, especially with rental contracts written in Arabic.     We had a "fixer" who was a very friendly chap, but he had arranged a vast network of "deals" that were often not in our best interest, including jacked up taxi cab fares, and taking huge chunks cash from local landlords in finders feeds, beyond the usual 20% that is custom in Morocco, which made them reluctant to fix housing issues because of the price gouging on the finders fees.

Brokering deals in the lifeblood of most male Moroccans.  The cafe's are full of fixers who can get you anything you can imagine, like one vast human internet search engine.  But there's always a fee, and seldom is it up front and known to you.   We didn't have very many Arabic speakers within our group when we first started, although we have Spanish, Italian, French, Norwegian, German, Estonian, Chinese, Korean, and others that we can draw on from within or through trusted contacts, but lately that has changed as we have at least 3 Arabic speakers now.   Having the Arabic and Moroccan language (Moroccan is only about 20% classical Arabic, the rest is words from Berber and other tribes) has made a world of difference.

Some people had rental contracts with ridiculous terms, which if they had been disclosed in French or even English nobody would have agreed to them.  But fortunately because the greedy parties involved didn't live up to the usual landlord expectations of fixing water, plumbing and electrical issues those contracts could be ended because the landlord had breached the contracts.  They have an expression in Morocco "They wanted to milk the cow but not feed the cow". I was lucky, because although the "fixer" had been quite friendly with me, we are of similar age and generation and he was with me when my rental contract was signed (in Arabic), he did not like my landlord (he tried to discourage me from renting the apartment), so there was no opportunity for collusion between the two and my contract was a very clean lease agreement much like I would have in the USA.  In fact the hostility between the two men (the source of which at the time I was ignorant) kept both of them honest.

My rental situation started out a little odd in that my landlord removed the mattress from the master bedroom, removed the washing machine and the propane tank for my water heater shortly before leaving for his home in Ibiza.   So when I moved in I had much to replace (and I mistakenly didn't specify in the contract what should stay in the apartment).   Thanks to help from many of you I was able to replace those items and also had money to fix several plumbing and electrical issues and have a very nice place to live in.  Some suggested I make a lot of drama over what was not there, but I chose to just fix the situation and move forward with what I had.   The interesting thing was the effect it had on my landlord energetically, because when he came back he was so surprised by what I improved on the place, simple things like having a local stone counter top place cut a granite curb so the shower water doesn't go across the entire bathroom floor (which was surprisingly cheap). He actually gave me extra furniture for my deck and has been extremely helpful towards me because I am taking care of his property not tearing it up and trying to get something for nothing. We've actually become good friends. And he's been pretty good about getting the well fixed.

Learning how business is conducted here, and how the contract process works here with various agencies has been a time consuming thing, but its valuable knowledge that we have collected.  We have found the government agencies largely helpful, the police are much more courteous than they are in the USA, although there have been a couple of passport checks initiated when we first arrived as some of the locals had never been around this many English speakers before.   We've been here long enough now that we are fairly known quantity.

Epilogue

We had curious encounters with individuals when the QEG build was going here that really stirred the pot in long established friendships, buttons were pushed in most everyone, but we kind of expected that given the potential it has to put a crack in the dam of the energy cartels.  We know we had oil country operatives here, as well as others.  Some thought I was a good target given my isolation at the time.

During the past 6 months I was going through some difficult situations. Some of my own making by and some not any fault of my own. I wasn't sure all the reasons for what I was experiencing over the last 6 months, especially some of the emotions I was dealing with, what others were dealing with in terms of separation consciousness and fracturing friendships. I knew eventually it would sort itself out. What they all had in common was one individual.  I had deeply doubted my own intuitive information about it all even though huge energetic warning bells went off within me from right from the beginning - which were ignored by most everyone but Caleb (his reactions were even stronger than mine).  It was one of the toughest things I have ever gone through, and I have been in some very difficult moments in my life.

We truly do love each other, especially those of us who have worked so long together and we compared notes and realized what was transpiring, and what was before us.  We restored relationships to what they were prior to January, forgiveness does wonders, and decided to go dark on our blogs to see who showed up next when no information came out of this valley.  What happened is not what I expected.  I had a deju vu experience of earlier in the year, and I did not consent to that!

Some humans have surprising abilities. They don't call it charm for nothing but those who can charm to gain favor, can also really really muck with your emotions on an energetic level in another way if their purposes are to divide and conquer. And it doesn't feel magical and delicious - at least what I went through didn't.

I didn't fully appreciate how it was possible for an esoteric energy master to energetically manipulate emotions in others - I didn't really think that was even possible - they don't exactly teach that in engineering school. But I did learn the hard way how to distinguish emotions that well up from within my self, from those that come from an external source. But it requires some reflection as to whether it is internal.  I don't know how it was done, but it apparently had to be done from close quarters. I identified the source 3 weeks ago through the process of elimination. I avoided that person, and any situation they required to do that work.  That really annoyed them. From my perspective it was pretty funny to watch the frustration unfold. When you feel something only when that person is present in certain situation, and you don't when they are not there and a similar situation presents itself, its pretty clear where it comes from.  And while I may be an energetic idiot, I am trained in logic.  When the mission failed, they unraveled quite spectacularly in front of those who needed to see in complete transparency.  "We didn't think it [the systems of control] would end this way".  No... it ends peacefully and in the best way for all humanity.... we've said that many times.  Eternal Essence is driving this train, not us, and it is doing the enforcing.

Whether the individual knew what consortium ultimately contracted their esoteric services (they always work through proxies and surrogates) I don't know, but we know.  I don't care to experience that all that again.  It was clever. Ingenious actually. It worked for a time.  But love between members of the squad has more power than magic.  It has always been that way. Love is what created everything, it came before energy and matter and what energetic illusion can stand for long against love? There is more than loyalty here, there is love between people.  Loyalty can be bought, love is priceless.

We live and learn as they say.  For all I know in time - and a lot more personal transparency than shown to present, that person could be an ally in this work.  Ultimately everyone wakes up, as Eternal Essence is working in and through all. Nobody gets left behind.  All is ONE.

Being human is not about being perfect, its about remembering the choice to experience being human, the power of the Creator is the loving choice to experience through the many.  The Creator knows what everyone feels, and in the Creator Source nothing is hidden, it knows the beginning from the end, truth from the illusion, the person from the ego.

Morocco Diary #4
February 3, 2013

Time for another Moroccan Diary update!

We've come through the worst of the winter and seem to be heading into warmer and sunnier days.  We still get brief periods of high winds and rain but nothing quite a severe as December.   There has been some chemtrails here, which doesn't often happen in Morocco. Rumor has it the government has paid for weather modification chemtrails to get water to agriculture in the Rif mountains.  Heather showed me how to erase them by using my hand like a chalk board eraser...and you know...it really works, even I look like an idiot to the local gardners!  :)  Its fun to watch them fade within seconds of leaving the jet that laid them down!

10 days ago Caleb and I went to Ceuta, which is small spanish enclave on a peninsula within Morocco. American visitors have 90 day visas so we had to leave the country for a bit and return.  We took a taxi to the Ceuta border and endeavored to walk across the border.  They don't convert Moroccan Dirhams in Ceuta (not very neighborly of the Spanish) so we planed to walk to an ATM machine to get some Euros to use there.  The passport stamping office on the Moroccan side of the border is very poorly designed, and there's a mob of "helpers" who basically mob you wanting you to give you them your passport which they will probably steal or make you pay to get it back. Caleb and I didn't let lose of our passport, but in the crushing throng of Moroccans trying to get into Ceuta for the cheap duty free goods we got compressed in at the passport window and someone unzipped my coat pocket and stole my wallet with  1500 Dirhams, my bank cards and driver's license.   When I discovered I had been robbed, the guards were most helpful and asked me if I wanted to file a police report, I asked "would I get my wallet back?" the said "probably not..." so I decided that exercise was a pointless waste of my time, and they walked me through the rest of the customs border process and I caught up with Caleb.

Caleb graciously covered my expenses in Ceuta for the two days and we stayed in a nice Hostal in downtown Ceuta. Ceuta is an old Spanish fortress  dating back to 451 AD, its been occupied by various powers over the centuries and is truly an impressive structure.   There is a moat that is navigable by small motor boats from one side of the Mediterranean Sea to the other. Ceuta sits directly opposite Gibraltar and makes up what is historically called the Straits of Hercules, the once strategic strangle hold of the Moorish Kingdom on the shipping in and out of the Mediterranean Sea when Morocco once occupied Spain and Gibraltar.  Morocco now has neither side of the Straits of Hercules.  Ceuta shouldn't really be in Spanish hands, any more than Gibraltar should be in British hands.  But it is recognized as Spanish territory by the EU and will probably remain in Spanish control for the foreseeable future.

Caleb and I walked what seemed like 5 miles before we hit downtown Ceuta.  We later found out we could have cut out half the walking journey by going through the gate at the fortress which leads right to downtown Ceuta.

Ceuta has a special status within the EU, and none of the EU VAT and Excise taxes.  Its like the duty free store you WISH was in the airport.  Spain goes to great efforts to keep the costs down for Spaniards living in Ceuta in order to keep it occupied.  A lot of money has been pumped into Ceuta and it shows, the streets are very clean and organized, nicely landscaped, the buildings are all modern and kept up.  Its also a way of Spain keeping itself in the minds of Western Moroccans, as the northwest coast of Morocco tends to speak Spanish more than French, like the rest of the country.

Ceuta at night

There is a church in downtown Ceuta that has the strangest and most eerie statue in front of it.  To American eyes it looks like a black Klu Klux Klan robed man holding the hand of a child.  What little I have been able to find about the statue is its supposed to be a religious penitent, but I wonder if that is really the origin of the statue.  It has that Spanish Inquisition feel to it... In any case its flat out creepy.

Even odder is the Casa de los Dragones (House of Dragons) directly across the street from this Catholic Church with the giant statues of Dragons leering at the church across the street...  Having worked with reporting on the hidden banking world the thought crossed my mind that Ceuta was perhaps where the Jesuits met with Chinese Dragons covertly over the years, but I have found no evidence to that.  Still it makes you wonder what originated the symbolism on this corner of downtown Ceuta!   It feels like an energetic stalemate of some sort...

Ceuta apparently is a big tourist destination in the summer. We saw many night clubs few of which were open in January.  We did find one Restaurant with a well stocked bar, and we enjoyed a few beers and some amazing Spanish bacon sandwiches, best bacon I have ever eaten!   Neither of us have had a beer in over three months in Morocco.  You can get beer here, but you have to go to Marjan to get it and that is a bit of taxi ride away.  We also found a tappas bar that had wonderful food directly behind where McDonalds is located.  The owner told us we were the first Americans to enter their restaurant, usually its Europeans or Moroccans.

Ceuta is an interesting little Spanish colonial enclave inside of Morocco.  Its well worth visiting but make sure you have your wallet well stashed before crossing the Moroccan border.

November and December

I spent a lot of time in November and December discussing various banking, government, law and spiritual subjects with Heather and Caleb, coming up to speed on some news, background information and history of the OPPT filings that I did not learn about during the last trip in May/June 2013.  Dani had much more time with Heather than I had.  I had a brief window in November and December to learn as much as possible, which probably won't come again, in detailed one on one discussions and mentoring with Heather.  There is much work up ahead for all of us and that moment probably won't come again.

Heather's name will be changing to just Heather Tucci as Heather and Youseff Jarraf have split up. That's all I am going to say on that, it was a difficult situation for her for years (which she has carried very quietly), and its now over and she's much happier.  Their relationship was passionate but tumultuous.

Caleb and I rented out the downstairs apartments in the villa to Heather and her step mother in the interim while we all press ahead with the projects before us.  I did not know she would be living here when I decided to come here in October it was the last thing I expected, but its what friends do for friends in time of need, and a she's given so much to us in any case from her life. And we do have the space and rooms available for both of them.

Heather and her extended family has encountered many difficulties financially for her work ending the current financial slavery systems.  Some understood and supported her  (like her mother and father and step-mother who had their company and personal bank accounts temporarily frozen or messed with) but not everyone in her life understood what she did and why she did it. Its often the closest of family that understands the least what we do and why we do it.  Selling out and going the easy route was never an option for Heather. She did it all with complete integrity and sometimes that had a very personal cost although you will never hear that from Heather. Caleb and I did our best to provide a place of quiet and refuge for Heather while she regrouped and recovered from a very difficult situation.  It didn't take her long to be back on her feet and working hard again.

Many people are in similar circumstances as life propels us all in new directions to BE and DO what we truly are and what makes us happy. My own marriage is ending, in my case to a woman with very high integrity but little understanding of why and what has been motivating me to do so much blogging and writing and travel to Morocco the last 18 months.   The OPPT work I did was not the start of our difficulties, that began long ago.   The decision was difficult but necessary.  We have we both share a great love for our daughter and have kept her out of the politics of separation and divorce.  I wish my former partner every love and good thing in life.  And I truly appreciate everything she has done for me, the good and the things I didn't like, for they were a mirror on myself and showed me what I was. I have nobody else in my life as a love interest, and perhaps that's the way it should be until I get some space and time between the last relationship. Sometimes the old life has to fall away before the new can take its place, and that process is sometimes painful.

My move to Morocco has been good overall, I have lost about 40 lbs (18 kg) since November and I've grown one inch in height!  (2.54 centimeters)  I am now 5'11" (180cm) and I was 5'10" when I arrived. All that in 2 months time at age 57!

My health has radically improved after about 4-5 years of problems.  My diet has changed to a largely fresh vegetarian one, (mostly because meat is not convenient to buy or transport) the air is clean here as is the water.   And I do a lot of walking here. Lisa Harrison once described me as "The physicality of Bill", and I am a big guy, as you have probably seen on a couple of photos are videos of me.  Part of that problem was I was not happy in my relationship, and food was a source of comfort.  Not proud of that.   I am with friends now that love me for who I am... and that makes a great deal of difference.  I was skinny most of my life so being overweight is a new thing for me and something I have not enjoyed.  It has been educational, as medical establishment coined the phrase "morbidly obese" to anything over 200 lbs... morbid means you will die soon...yet I have not died, I have thrived and now my weight is reversing direction.  When I was young the world had  more polite terms for being fat, like stout, heavy set, portly, etc... in recent years, like smokers, being fat has been the cultural accepted group you are allowed to hate and despise...as if that will cure the problem?  I see huge changes in my body, the skin that was damaged by MRSA in 2008, is healing very rapidly, new skin is growing into replace the damage tissues on my legs.  Its changed radically since June.  I believe I will continue growing into my original DNA template (this body has been a bit of disguise) and I expect I will top out at around 7 feet within a few years.   Aging is not what it used to be under the new energetics that are forming around this planet.

Caleb and I have seen the new data center and the facilities are top notch and the network feeds are good.   We should be operational by March within Morocco itself.  Plans are to hire locals as much as possible, putting value back into Morocco for giving us a place to operate from. Morocco has been neglected by America and Western Europe. The people here are genuine, kind and good, and very skilled and creative.  Not every skill needed will be found here, but most will be.

In January the people from the OPAL tour (created by Bob, Lisa, Brian, Nanako), and other support staff and observers arrived in Morocco. Their initial purpose for coming here was a project they were planning with Sasha Stone. I am not quite sure where that stands at this moment.  I believe Lisa will continue to tour around the world, but I get the feeling Brian will be staying in Morocco for the duration. I don't know about Bob's plans yet or the others.   We had a nice get together over at their apartment Saturday night, they arranged for a tent in the back of one of the apartments that made it feel like a tent in the desert. The food, drink and company was excellent.  There were people from all over the world there, including Moroccan neighbors and some people from Norway.

There's been a period of adjustment here as we synch up our knowledge bases of events and situations with those we met in Tangier last summer.  Energetically there's been a lot of purging of things each of us didn't even know was within us.  Most of us have been programmed to think that we get all our information and guidance externally. Heather purposely did not communicate with most of us during the summer as she wanted to see what we would all do with what we learned when we were here, outside and separate from her influence and energy.  Plus she had her own hands full with stresses at home.   As a result all of us had divergent paths and interests as we sorted out our lives, our interests, and our paths in life.  Some interpreted this a division within us, and there have been differences of opinions and approaches and there is nothing wrong with that.  All of us that have aggregated as a result of the OPPT filings are an enormously diverse group of beings. From bankers, engineers, cooks, hippies, architects, construction workers, healers, nurses, planners, movers and shakers. The filings spoke to people, and sometimes they didn't know why it spoke to them but it did.  It changed them and it is changing the world in its own way and continues to do so...but we are not stopping there.  We are pushing forward with new projects which Heather has openly talked about.

The Heather Effect

Heather is an interesting person, she's not any different than any other human except for possibly coming into this world a little more aware and less amnesia than the rest of us.

After being around Heather's energy for 4 weeks in May and June, many of us felt an energetic let down not being around her.  It was a bit like bicycling behind a tractor trailer and wondering why the pedaling got hard when the truck made a left turn and left us on our own.  I thought at the time I must have pissed her off when I confronted her about Youseff last May. I know others thought the must have done something else to cause her to withdraw. My reaction, after a few weeks of confusion as to what just happened, was to just continue on - Heather or no Heather and work on myself.  Which I got into full bore during the month of August with a self audit. I also did some personal work on myself with Jodie Newell, in releasing long buried (and possible past life) emotional issues, using a technique which she learned from Delores Cannon.

Dani had stayed with Heather during the summer but later had a bit of an emotional let down, a similar "energetic jonesing" reaction after moving to Malta in November and not being in close proximity to Heather.  Plus she just flat missed the conversations over cigs and coffee.  We miss Dani!

Heather's energy field is very strong and it changes everyone she encounters.  Perhaps that's her role. When I first came to Morocco in May I could feel her energy from 5 feet away.  I notice it less now as I have been living in close proximity for months now.  Women seem to find her energy much like motherly love or sister love.

Men have been known to sometimes get confused by it or confuse it with romantic intentions within themselves - and they would be mistaken.  It is visceral and real. Most men have only really been allowed to know love within the confines of romance. In that regard women are more emotionally developed than men are. Like any woman would disagree with that right? That has been an issue of culture and programming of men by the cultures we live in.

Cobra made the comment to me in the unpublished interview I did with him last October that "Men have been allowed to be sexual beings but not experience love, and women have been allowed to experience love but not be sexual beings".  There's a dual standard of what is acceptable. That's part of the separation that has been created on this planet, in this case a divide between men and women in regards to love.   As a result men sometimes do not know what to do with pure love energy when they encounter it.

Biologically speaking, love can cause hormone oxytocin to be released in the body, and that affects men and women very differently.  A word to the wise to the guys, enjoy the love energy but don't get confused by it. She does love you absolutely, but don't make assumptions as to the intent.  If it were romantic intent she'd be the first to tell you. You certainly wouldn't be the first guy to get a little confused with what he's feeling. But then this planet is about to be filled with that kind of love from the rest of the universe, and it will be common place for everyone.  So get used to it.  Its an energy this planet has been sadly missing.

Heather has never been about a movement or a cult following, she has wanted us to turn inward and find our own connection with our Source Creator. So that all of us are standalone and self sustaining energetically with no need for external energy input or help.  If anything she was a like a tuning  fork for us, causing us to awaken and in turn awaken others.  The energetic effects she had on us, we now are starting to hear that we are causing in others, so perhaps its a bit like a chain reaction expanding out into the general population.  That's just speculation on my part, but I think this energy is just a natural by-product of understanding that we are all ONE and from THE ONE...and are all equally loved by THE ONE.

When you can love unconditionally and without judgement for all embodiments of Eternal Essence (that doesn't mean you have to condone or consent to everything you encounter or force others to your views or practices or habits).  See it all as equal manifestations of the Creator of All within each embodiment without separation or excuse for withholding respect, love and consideration for others and operate personally in complete transparency and some amazing changes occur on the limitations in your being.  That's what the expression "being absent limit" means... limits come into existence on an embodiment when they are not operating in full unconditional love for all.  Its just the way the universe works, think of it as a safety factor limiting damage to the universe.

Caleb

Caleb, one of the other trustees from the former OPPT, is also quite an amazing personality.   Caleb is a highly focused personality with an enormous work ethic and sense of purpose.  Caleb loves computer programming, it is his greatest joy in life.  Caleb is also a person with very defined boundaries.   If you wish to be around Caleb you will abide by the rules of his house, which mostly are, being responsible for what you BE and DO, and being absolutely TRANSPARENT about it.  He is however a very easy person to be around, and goes above and beyond to be a good neighbor.

I understand why Heather and Caleb worked so well together, and I don't mean to leave out Randall Hillner, either, as he played an enormous role within the OPPT too.  I just don't know Randall - he's perhaps the most private of the three.

Caleb was the personality responsible for making sure the OPPT was closed once it had completed its task it was designed to fulfill.  Which turned out to be a very wise move given the smear machine was already gearing up to attack it like Occupy Wall Street.  What the contrast did know how to handle was millions of people who simple were will to BE and DO what was in their heart.  Nothing is more powerful than an individual willing to stand in their own personal power.

Caleb tends to be grounding force for Heather, and also tends to hold her feet to 3D deadlines.  Heather is a banker and a lawyer by training, but she is also a very spiritually aware person and tends not live by clocks and calendars but by events as they happen.  Caleb will pin her down when she would prefer to be imprecise and rely on your presumptions of the facts, that's just what good lawyers tend to do, and Caleb knows that.  So he insists on specificity.  Caleb's nature compliments Heather's nature in the mutual adventure they have embarked upon taking down the slavery systems on this planet.

Caleb is an autodidact, (a self taught person), as such he doesn't tend to be impressed by sheets of paper from institutions saying you know something when you really don't.  He is hugely intelligent with a very high IQ.  I've met few people as smart as he is.  Caleb's father was also a computer programmer. Caleb was raised on small farm in Oregon where he raised pure bred sheep with his family and brother. He was home schooled, and never got either a high school degree, GED or a college degree (he did go to college for a couple of years). That's not to belittle him, he's far more intelligent and educated than most college graduates I have encountered. He learned on his own which shows enormous initiative and work ethic.  He's very knowledgeable on the UCC law code and contract law.  He has operated his own software development house for many years and has a number of people around the world doing work for him.

Well, I think I'll call it quits on this blog post for now, this got quite a bit longer than I expected and there is much more to tell.

PS: If you can help donate this month, that also would be appreciated to meet expenses for February but only if you are able, don't cut yourself short.  There's a PayPal button on the right side of the blog. My blog ad income is going to be about half what it was for February this is a delayed effect from me not blogging as much as I usually do in December  (not to mention I was robbed of what I cash I had in January).  Donations would be helpful... I am going to be about $600 short.

I do want to thank those that helped me purchase the air fare here and software purchase, it is truly appreciated and I know I probably haven't responded to the Paypal donations individually like I usually do as so much was transpiring here in November.

I do plan to continue writing articles as the mood stirs in me, but I am resonating less and less with the drama of the cabal and the cabal watchers.   How many times do you have to see posts about what's going to happen or not happen and see them fizzle as one "divine plan" after another falls in the face of the "absolute plan" the Prime Creator Source has for all beings? Nobody gets left behind as the drama of duality draws to a close.  Fulford and Zap posts generate a lot of blog income but it doesn't really resonate for me all that much anymore and their accuracy rate is getting worse.  The blog has been my public outlet for thinking about this journey I am on that I share with a few million of my friends.  I have carried news articles, channelings, and other things as I found them informative to my own journey. The universe speaks to us through many avenues.

Updated: Morocco Diary #3

By American Kabuki
January 2, 2014

They have a saying in Morocco, "Morocco was the first nation to recognize America when it became a nation.  America promised to return the favor...and Morocco is still waiting." A lot of truth in that. Morocco regained its independence from France in 1955, yet it remains largely forgotten by America.  For a country as friendly as it is to the USA it doesn't get a lot of American visitors.  Moroccans are naturally friendly to Americans, but they don't often see them here.

Caleb wants to create what he calls "Caleb's House of Nerds", a community of programmers who create great software and earn the rewards of their hard work.  Heather also plans to create a unique community, blending in harmonic use of land, technology, agriculture, aquaculture, craftsmanship, and a possible alternative healing center.  Let me emphasize the the word community, not a commune. This is not a repeat of the 1960s.  It also hasn't yet been built.  Its very much about exchange of value - free enterprise if you will - and those who have talents that fit what needs to be done and good work ethic will find it an environment in which they can thrive.  Heather and Caleb work extremely hard at what they do.  They have a huge work ethic.

Regarding recent travel inquiries:
We are getting a lot of inquiries from people wanting to come to Morocco and stay with us at Caleb's villa.  We frankly don't have any room.  Caleb and Heather have projects they are working on which are not complete, in fact they are very much in infancy.  We have no facilities to house visitors (or feed them) at this time.  Caleb's villa serves as his working office.  It cannot be the center of any sort of large gathering. There are no spare rooms.  The situation here in the Tetouan area is quite a bit different than the special event that Heather arranged in May-June, which she designed so she could learn about us and we could learn about her and her life one on one.

OPAL
Bob, Lisa, Brian and Nanako have decided to come visit next week. They are arranging their own housing situation.  We didn't know it was going to be another "OPAL TOUR" until yesterday when we saw it on their web site.  Anyone coming here to participate in Bob and Lisa's OPAL Morocco Tour need to make their own arrangements for housing.  Caleb, Heather, or I can't do that for you.

Late note: The web page at http://www.opalglobaltour.com/destinations/morocco-2014/ originally said that they were coming here for an OPAL Morocco Tour, that announcement has been since been changed to say one is planned in the future.

OPAL is not funded nor directed by Heather Ann Tucci-Jarraf.  All credit for it belongs to those who created it and fund it.   Lisa and Bob have amazing media skills, and Brian, well everyone loves Brian. I can't even say Brian's name without grinning. Nanako is a gifted event organizer.

Currency:
The Moroccan Dirham stays fairly stable against the Euro at about 10 to 1.  The dollar is dropping against the Dirham, it was 8.7 to 1 dollar in June, and is now around 7.9 to 1 dollar currently.

Nearest Airport:
Nearest airport is Tangier.

Visa Requirements:
Americans, Canadians, and EU travelers can travel here without a visa for 90 days from the time of entry.  That's calendar days.   Make sure your passport is current, if your passport is within 6 months of expiring you might not be admitted by customs.  If its near expiration renew it.  If you get close to expiring your visa, you will need to leave the country and travel to Spain or Gibralter for a day and then return or alternatively go to Ceuta, which is a small piece of land still under Spanish control near Tangier.

Taxis:
The taxi fare from Tangier to Martil/Tetouan/Cabo Negro/M'Diq area is about 700 Dirhams (roughly 70 euro) one way.  Its about an hour and half trip by car.   Local taxi drivers speak Spanish/Arabic/and some French.  French is not as common here as in other parts of Morocco such as Tangier.  A rare few local drivers speak English.  Don't expect them all to know English well, some know a few words, and of course they know cities and hotels. Spanish and Arabic are widely spoken in this region.  In Morocco there are two types of taxis, the Grand Taxi which seats 6 passengers (almost always a Mercedes) and the Petite Taxi which seats 3 max by law.  Petite taxis

Housing:
Martil and Tetouan have nice sections for apartments and houses and there are small hotels too. A small house will run from 5000-10,000 Dirhams (roughly 500-1000 euros) a month to rent in the off season. Martil has a nice beach front but its not really beach weather this time of year. Cabo Negro will be more expensive and does not have a market to buy food.  There is a Club Med in Cabo Negro.  M'Diq is another nice area but a bit more upscale and farther out.

Markets:
The food and clothing in the Souk in M'Diq is in my opinion, the best but the most expensive for taxi fares.  The Martil Souk has really good fruits and veggies and they are mostly locally sourced and very flavorful.  The local coffee shop bakes a type of bread called "um seman" which is like a thick flour tortilla crossed with a pita bread with layers like a crossant.  We use them a lot at the house like tortillas, or heated with honey they are like a pancake.  There is also an onion version that has caramelized onions in the middle but you have to eat those in a day or two as they do not keep as long as the plain ones.  There is also a pancake like bread sold, that the locals call a crepe, but it tastes like a pancake and is thick an soft like a pancake.  All it really needs is maple syrup. There is also a French style bakery with baguettes and other French style backed goods.

Meat markets here takes a little getting used to, there's not the same level of sanitation found in North America, but then the meat here doesn't sit in plastic wrap for 6 weeks growing bacteria either.  So what appears as potentially not safe, was probably killed the same day you see it, and has had far less time to grow bacteria on in than in those plastic wrapped cuts at Safeway in the States. Muslim Halal food laws (something similar to Jewish Kosher food laws) also helps makes the meat quite safe.  You can also get rotisserie chicken from certain restaurants to take home.  Outside of every meat and fish market will be a few cats.

If you are worried about local water (we've had no problem) the best bottled mineral water here is Sidi Ali, it tastes really nice.

For western goods like Dorito chips, you have to go Marjan, which is kind of the Walmart of Morocco.  There is a Marjan in Tetouan and every taxi knows how to get there.  Its about a 70 Dirham cab fee from Martil to Marjan in Tetouan.  Marjan also carries women's personal products and has beer and wine, cheese, baking supplies plus towels, linens, heaters, pretty much everything you might need in a western style shopping venue and they do take debit/credit cards.

Alcohol is allowed in Morocco, but respect the locals sensibilities. Higher end restaurants and Discos will serve alcohol but most smaller restaurants do not.  There are some excellent local coffee merchants, bakeries and specialty foods stores in Martil. Even more so in M'Diq.  M'Diq has a large Souk and carries western name brand clothes and shoes.  Fragrances in M'Diq are almost all knockoffs, some better than others.   Tetouan is a large city with high rises and I haven't really explored it much except for renting cars there.  I am no expert on that city yet, but you will see it on the way into Martil from Tangier its on the main road into this region.

This is the off season here, weather has been warmer than usual but can be, like today, quite cool and sometimes wet and windy.  Bring warm clothes.

Morocco Diary #2 Unusually calm sea in spite of the winds...

By American Kabuki

Thought you might be interested in the unusually calm Mediterranean Sea near us, despite the howling winds. This has been going on for several days.   The sea has been like glass... you could water ski on it.

I've lowered the sound volume some as there's a lot of wind noise on this iPhone made video.

Below are some lion tracks I found on the beach the day after Heather's encounter with the dolphin. Seems like a lot of animal life is showing up... my foot is on the right I wear a size US size 12 shoe (Euro size 45 cm).

Morocco Diary Chapter 1: A Rainy Day in Morocco

Morocco Diary Chapter 1

By American Kabuki

November 28, 2013

Love to all you readers from a very windy and wet Thanksgiving Day in Morocco at Casa Caleb! Winter seems to have arrived here on the Northern coast of Morocco in full force  We've had some sunny days this week but the blowing wind has been a pretty constant roar.  Winter has arrived and mediterranean sea is roiling.  This part of Morocco (when the sun shines) is very beautiful.  Even in the rain its a beautiful place, but I think D. say better weather here than I am seeing.  Winter will pass soon enough.

I left California on the 10th of November and arrived here in Morocco on the 11th.  After getting my luggage checked in at the counter in San Diego with American Airlines I was quite surprised to find out I was put on TSA preferred traveler list. Hmmm.  You mean I don't have to go through the cattle chute into the x ray machine? Cool! I didn't have to get nuked by the scanner and take my shoes off in San Diego.  I don't know how I got on that list, but thank you to whomever it was that put me there. I certainly didn't apply for it.  My brother found he has been similarly upgraded on flight out of Florida, and he has nothing to do with the work I am doing. He  didn't apply either.  Not sure what's going on there, but sure beats being on the other list.  Perhaps we have friends in high places?

I decided this trip to pay the extra 40 bucks for the San Diego to DFW, and DFW to Madrid for a bit more legroom.  I discovered last trip to Morocco you have to pay extra to not bang your knees on the chair in front of you on American Airlines flights across the Atlantic.  If they make seats any closer on these flights they'll have to start vacuum packing passengers like coffee bricks.  So if you do any long trips...hint...pay for the extra leg room.  These days the airlines are playing the nickel and dime you to death game, luggage charges, leg room charges, you know the drill.  My how flying has changed from the days when I worked in the airlines! Doesn't have to be this way, if they were all honest about their fares and provided decent leg room, they'd actually improve their revenue yield as they'd get more more money per seat and they'd have less empty seats.  Honesty in air travel fares...what a concept!  But they still play this game of cramming more people on each flight while retiring old planes.  The price of fuel the oil companies charge really drives all craziness in the airlines. Bring on the zero point energy devices now!

Spain has a strange policy with Moroccan flights.  The planes are always on the tarmac far away from the terminal.  Morocco is a peaceful country, so I'm not sure what the deal is.  Maybe its revenge for the Moor invasion in the 8th century?  Europeans do have long memories. Whatever the reason,  you always have to take a bus to get the plane on the tarmac. Doesn't really matter if its Royal Air Moroc or Iberia.   Its not that these airports are old, Madrid is a modern airport (I had to laugh though at the ad agency that dreamed up funneling ALL the Madrid transferring passengers through the middle of the duty free gift store!) and the Barcelona airport is down right futuristic.

Why Iberia chooses to put the Iberia flight to Tangier at the farthest end of the airport is beyond my understanding, and of course after walking all that way with far too much baggage, you'd expect there'd be a plane there waiting right? NOPE!  There's a bus. And that takes you to a point on the tarmac roughly outside of where you got off the American Airlines and started your miles long transfer journey! Grrrrr!  Like that makes sense?

I brought my iMac this trip, decided since I am going to be here longer than the last trip I'd have my favorite blogging tool with me.  I bought this really nice case for the iMac at The Flight Case Company   in the UK, and it worked beautifully.  If you got a mac and you travel, check the company out. They make a great case and it will save your precious hardware from the baggage handling gorillas!

My computer arrived in perfect working condition, but I thought for awhile something was wrong with it as the fan runs all the time.  Then it occurred to me the iMac is now running on 240 volts and the power supply might be putting off more heat than it does on 120 volts in the USA, and the fan is doing exactly what its supposed to do, so I decided I'll just have to have to live with that until I can buy a voltage reducing power supply.

The customs man was quite interested in the custom mac flight case, probably thought I had exotic lab equipment in it rather than just an Apple computer.  I had to pay a temporary duty on it which I will get back when I take the computer back out of the country. Cost me about 100 Euros.  He was confused about where the computer was, as the iMac is an all-in-one computer, a younger customs guy volunteered to his boss the computer was "integrated". Actually he was pretty kind man to deal with once we got past the language barrier and the confusion about whether the duty was in Moroccan Dirhams or Euros.  Since June the Moroccans have a habit of quoting prices in Euros, because they see more Europeans than Americans here.  Ten Dirham is equal to one Euro.

The first thing I noticed living here outside of the USA is the absence of the surveillance cameras. Seriously! San Diego, and pretty much the rest of America is rapidly evolving to a surveillance society thanks to all the 9/11 Homeland security slush funds funneled to towns across America to create the current police state we call home.  What the defense companies didn't make in no-bid war contracts in Iraq and Afghanistan they made up in scanner sales and security cameras and facial recognition software.  The town I lived in, Carlsbad California, has cameras on every light and lately they've all been interlinked with long range WIFI antennas.  And its not like the town has much of a crime rate.  So why the peeping eyes? Cameras don't stop crime, they sometimes help identify criminals after the fact, but they don't really prevent crime do they?  The person who is mugged or raped, isn't really helped at the moment by having someone watch the crime in progress.  Its not about crime prevention, its about you self-censoring yourself believing ubiquitous nameless and unaccountable government eyes are constantly watching you.  You know a government is seriously messed up when they are paranoid of their own citizens.  I have more privacy here in Morocco than I have in my own country.  And of course the NSA will spy on me in either place. At least according to Snowden. Not much I can do about that.

Morocco itself is a land of much potential.  It had a free trade agreement with the USA but USAID mafia F'ed over the country and that's been in limbo for years.  As President Reagan once said the scariest words you can hear from the Federal Government is "I am from government and I am here to help you!".  The corruption in USAid, Red Cross and many NGOs is well documented.

There's a wide variety of climates here, from desert to alpine.  Where we live its almost identical to San Diego (right now make that San Diego in winter!).  I'll be writing more about my experiences here in coming days, one chapter at a time.  I do apologize for the delay, D warned me I'd get so much data that I'd forget the earlier stuff just trying to keep up with the current stuff.  Heather has asked D. and myself to chronicle our experiences as we go through the learning curve of what she's going to show us as we set out on some new projects.  D. is currently waylaid in Malta sorting out some passport/visa issues with her children's documents.

Heather feels our work in banking is complete.  So we are planning and creating new projects which will disclose in the coming months.

Three things are yet left that have to transpire event wise, the exact sequence I am not quite sure. We'll have to see if they are sequential or simultaneous (lately I am betting on the latter).  But I am not making any dogmatic statements on that because I don't know.  Depends on how things unfold I suppose and the choices that are made by the various beings...

1) The Galactic/Celestial Energetic pulse of Creator Source's Love and light Event (which many blogs speak of including us)

2) Disclosure of ETs

3) Disclosure of "the divines".

Those new to the blog may be familiar with ETs but not the divines. The divines are a class of beings of a higher energetic than ETs, kind of the middle managers in this universe. They don't die, some call them "the eternals", "the elders", "ascended masters" (the ones who worked their way out of our 3d energetics through some very rigorous spiritual disciplines) and others.  There will be complete disclosure of their roles in this experiment in duality.  Some of them fear that.  They need not fear. There are no losers in the end of the experiment here.

The divines control the very top of the banking system.  You can think of them as the invisible capstone on the illuminati pyramid.  They have remained largely hidden in recent earth history, but they do show up in myths from ancient times as greek "gods", "goddesses",  asian "deities", "demigods", etc. from a time they worked more directly with mankind.  They are hinted about in many Hollywood movies, Highlander, John Carter of Mars, and in the super hero movies.

At some point in history, perhaps after numerous human rebellions, they found it more useful to work indirectly with the planet through human proxies like the Rothschilds and other old European families and Chinese Dragon families. They are all interrelated through Genghis Khan anyway. The divines exist (although everyone thought we were nuts last January when we published that, until confirmation started coming in from other sources unrelated to our work like Zap and Keenan and Fulford), and its now its well known the Chinese "old man" is the original emperor from the Qing dynasty and comes and goes from this planet to sign off on major banking events (love the old man - he's making everything transparent as he told Heather he would!) He funded the American revolution with gold, and the building of the transcontinental railway.

The divines are ultimately the ones pulling the strings on this planet.  And honestly they really thought no beings would be capable of  holding them accountable.  The did not think Eternal Essence itself would "enforce" on their in-body-ments, and that is now occurring throughout their realm among those that choose to harm other in-body-ments.  And its got more than few of them in a real panic right now.  They try to do one RV after another but each time they feed it into that Universal Value system AI Computer it spits back out as the energetics of it just won't fly.

One of the big questions we were asked with the filings, was "this is all legal and good but how will you enforce?"  To which we just laughed.  They wouldn't  believe us if we told them!  We don't have to.  Eternal Essence that lives in all in-body-ments enforces it.  The filings were just formalities closing out what began as a contractual arrangement for a finite time.  But they had to be done and published openly so nobody could say they didn't have notice before the EVENT happened.

There's a wide variety of intentions within the divines realm, just as there is among humans.  So when you see the Rothschilds being promoted as the ultimate source of all evil (granted they not by anyone's definition nice folks), realize its not all black and white, cause they were just very well paid proxies and brokers on the food chain of the energy extraction system that has had a harness on this planet and its people.

In the banking system the nasty dark stuff was compartmentalized, because at the highest levels of banking its all about energetics, so the guys doing the energetic work contracted out the dark wet work of controlling the planet to the more ambitious and violent in our society (the lower vibration behavior really screws up their energetic work), often with people of known character flaws or weaknesses that can be easily blackmailed or extorted if they get out of line, or made ultimate scapegoats when they tried to phoenix the system with an RV.  They led their minions to believe it was only about money and that these debts were really owed by the people of the planet (they are not).  At the highest levels of banking it all gets really "woo woo" and its about extracting energy from the planet.  Its not not unlike the green energy harvesting of will in the movie The Green Lantern.  Its gets that strange.

The divines have held control over earth and ETs by what they did not reveal about existence in this universe.  Some things they did not know, until recently, like the fact that ALL are eternal essence in body.  They have tended to see themselves as superior to mere mortals because they have not have had to live in the pea soup adversarial energetics planet earth has had. They come here but they don't tend to stay here long.
