I haven't posted one of these in a while but I thought this one had some interesting data.  Zap distances himself from the Dinar people and their expectations for huge payouts... (did anyone really think such greed resulting from an illegal war, would really fly in the new energetics on this planet?). ZAP also refers to "The Old Man" as "Grandfather" which is how the Native American's refer to him... not how the Chinese refer to him.  Sounds like he's been talking to "Great Eagle"...  These views below are of course ZAP's/Susan and company and not mine.  Below is undedited except for parargraph formating to fit the format of this blog. -AK

There are leaders. And there are leaders. There are those who want to bring everything forward with an end to the drama that is being lived on the world stage. There are others who are yet concerned and do not believe it will work. There are others who are marching forward toward making a difference. Why make the messengers guilty of mis- information when these forces are mightier than the proverbial sword right at this time. How many have ever given one dime to the work of the messengers who also must maintain their own way-- and have been given nothing for their work. As part of that cadre, just saying you can read into that whatever works for you. The truth is the truth.

What is happening now is very positive, and definitely forward moving.. How that plays out when power brokers get involved is not in the hands or the wherewithal of the messengers. From the time this project was started every person getting involved was told at some time their job was to visualize this ending in a productive, positive, meaningful way. It will. And we hope very very soon. Each person has to ask "Am I an asset or a liability to this project?" .. Because that's who actually is holding it up. Every energetic thought that goes out from has energy, has power. And every one on the messengers' organic list knows this "The New Age" people say what we hold in mind produces after its kind. Well, wake up. That is how the world has evolved. Or devolved. In the past 80+ years a lot of negativity and negative people have surfaced in the market place. Greed reigns. As you will agree. Then where have you been? Greed, fear and uneasiness about trusting most processes, markets, politics has evolved to a level not collectively seen in eons. And that is the arena in which all of this dealing WITH THE RV AND THE PACKETS IS NOW SWIRLING. Do those who have been involved in moving the building blocks toward a better humanity-- do they just do the appeasing thing by throwing out morsels ?? Get it over with? Or do they hold tight, continue the work of closing the circuits, the loopholes, find ways and people -- and yes it takes people, good people, to bring about a turn-around of global proportions. If you were them what would you do?

If all you want is to know the date of when you can expect, then this is not the place. As much as we who work behind the scenes, literally, wish that could be were true. The date is closer. 
And we are willing to stay the course because we know the good that is forthcoming....P....... 

Poof has spoken to all of us many times about staying aware of when sharks start inviting us to participate in one way or another. The increasing numbers of sharks right now says we are getting closer to receiving. Sharks can be defined as schemers, scammers, crooks, and even person(s) that project even honorable-- much less questionable honorable-- intentions therefore seeking to take advantage of another for personal gain. 

It has come to our attention that such ones are increasing there efforts to convince "O" recipients to provide personal information such as their address, etc. With personal knowledge, I can state that the database for the larger prosperity program is in impeccable condition. Hello Zap; From one fellow Canadian to another I'd like you to clarify your last statement.

I read you last article/posting and wondered what you meant by the words; "Prices will drop"?

PRICES FOR HISTORIC BONDS WILL DROP ONCE THE FIRST WAVE AT THE HIGH PRICES IS SETTLED. THE REASON FOR THE HIGH PRICES NOW IS TO GET THE GLOBAL RECONSTRUCTION PROJECTS KICK STARTED WITH LARGE AMOUNTS.

Does this mean the international rate of the RV currencies will drop? If so, why are non-US citizens being forced to pay for the selfish and ignorant behaviour of a US politician?

THIS WILL GET FIXED UP…NO MORE RAPING AND PILLAGING ALLOWED.

Or does it mean that only contract rates for US citizens will drop in what is offered to them by the banks? Can "grandfather", have that kind of power to tell US banks they must change their rates at his bidding? If so, how does that fit into all those who have already exchanged their currencies for a previous rate through some banks?

YES, GRANDFATHER HAS THE POWER TO HAVE SUCH THINGS HAPPEN, BUT REALLY THE RATE WILL BE A FUNCTION OF ECONOMIC STABILITY IN RESPECT THE PREVAILING RATE OF THE KUWAIT DINAR. For many of those who remember Mike Kodosky's description of the end times, he would always describe it as absolute chaos, disinformation, political and social unrest. Little did we know what a prophecy it truly was.

POOF SAID: 

For those who read through these notes looking for that proverbial opening, that one key word that says It is Over. Well, it is not here. It is not over. It is not far from being over but it is not over yet. So if your faith or patience or your hard head is being tested. The name of the game is learning wisdom and learning patience and then beholding the way in which the world moves the pieces on the giant chess board. And that's truly the bottom line to all of this . Is every ones needs being met? Are there others not thought about? What about the political future of thus and so? And then what about the bankers? Are they ready. And so it has gone for how long now.? No, it is not over and yes it soon will be. When the last nut is turned and the last lock is keyed and the powers that be can't empower their goons any longer then you will see some movement. It is going forward even if it is too slow for your tastes.

And then there's this. The RV has been boo-whooed for how long now? And what does it have to do with the needs of those in the Program. It turns the tap and it opens some gates that needed to be that's all that can be said at this time. So whatever you were doing before you started reading this, go back to it-- but be peaceful and grateful. You do recall that gratitude is nearly heaven's first law. Practice it.

Before he was known as POOF, he weekly kept us in Omega updated as TruthWarrior..I can't give you an exact date of the beginning of enlightenment provided by Poof, but I know it was at least 15 years ago. May 30, 2014: Backer of “Global Banking Reset” Pulls Out Over Political Bickering:
The signatory to the largest cache of gold bullion in the world pulls out of providing trillions in bullion to back the global reset and new global banking system.

Breach of contract by the U.S. Treasury and amid interference by IMF (International Monetary Fund), Managing Director, Christine LaGarde, President Obama, several key members of the U.S. Congress, U.S. Treasury Secretary Jack Lew, and the World Bank has fueled the pullout.

The gold bullion provided by the signatory would have backed the new U.S. Treasury Reserve Notes, known commonly as the TRN..

Without the signatory’s gold bullion to back the TRN, the TRN are worthless. Twenty-three central banks are backing the signatory’s move as the frustration of dealing with the U.S. Government's and IMF's failure to communicate with the signatory and fulfill signed contracts have left many central banks reeling.

The signatory states that these individuals, governments and organizations are operating on their own political and financial agendas, jockeying for position and power in the new world financial system and have failed to perform their duties, not only in their positions of power but have also failed to morally protect and serve the citizens of the United States and the world.

The signatory also states he has no political agenda and wishes only to restore balance, fairness and stability to the world banking system.

I believe that while the cabal can keep kicking the can for an extended period, it seems to me that the stock market is the most vulnerable of vulnerabilities.

So, I expect the unwinding to begin with a major and unstoppable collapse on Wall Street. It may take a 40-percent collapse to shake the foundations.

If investors lose confidence in their stocks, they will lose confidence in the Dollar. If investors lose their confidence in the Dollar, they will lose confidence in all the paper derived from and based on fiat.

When that happens, most of what people have invested in will lose value--major value...and major price. Some will be wiped out. Margin debt will ruin others. Over-extended credit will ruin others.

Overnight values, priorities, and prices will change. Suddenly PMs will shine with a new glow, and people will rush to swap their fiat for PMs of enduring worth. That's when the PM panic begins its stampede.

Before I begin, I have to profusely thank KP for the amount of work he put into getting this article sorted out, colour coding the various comments and keeping it readably organized- this is a daunting task!!   Love you KP!!

So, apparently someone forwarded an article I wrote last week, responding to ZAP's weekly update, to ZAP/office of poofness, and he has posted his responses to my responses to his comments.... and so now I am going to respond to Zap's responses to my response to his comments with my own comments.

Regarding this Poof message… First off, I’ve never spent as much time reading and “working on” any Poof message.

Part of that is that this Poofness message is pretty long, and part is because I’ve gone through and “marked up” (in RED) all of Zap’s comments. And part of the reason for THAT (the red markup thing) is because Zap includes the full text of a response to Dave (of Australia, I believe (Thx, Dave… Love your FIRE!!), which includes the full text of an article from D of RTS. And part of that article from D of RTS included ZAP IN ALL CAPS sections (dammit!)!!

So it took me about 60 minutes to just go through and compare notes from this Poof message to that in the article from D of RTS. Whew….

Hopefully this will make it a bit easier to understand when D’s RTS article is talking, and when Zap is responding. (remember, ZAP quoted, by D, in D’s article is in ALL CAPS BLACK, Zap’s responses TO that, are in ALL CAPS RED)…

After last night’s post “What if: The Tattered Ball of Twine”, I put the computer away for the night and had a (relatively) early night. I awoke this morning to several people sending me the latest Zap and the latest SwissIndo video.|

On the topic of the SwissIndo video that was 2 hours long (and I fully and transparently admit that I did NOT listen to the whole thing), at the 1:13 mark, the speaker discusses SwissIndo and OPPT, and once again I feel the need to clarify facts and to point out mis/disinformation. The speaker that describes the purported link between the SI and OPPT- from his perspective, and I suspect the perspective of SI leaders- is unfortunately misinformed and seems to misunderstand the OPPT filings, what exactly was the One People’s Public Trust, the basic content of the filings, the true understanding of the “Value” that is returned to the people of the planet, where the “Value” was “deposited”, what the reconciliation of the One People’s Public Trust is and why it was done, and the basic laws behind rebutting a UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) filing.

I will give just a brief review of a few of the points above.

The content of the OPPT UCC filings (which can be read in the original pdf format at the top of this page) has been fully and in complete transparency discussed in a multitude of articles, interviews and on many many radio shows over the past year. I am not going to go over all of the details as the details are available to the public on many sites and recordings.

The “VALUE” of the people is Not money. The Value of the people IS Energy, and IS the basis of the slavery system that has been used as a “financial system” for eons. The Slavery system equated that true VALUE/ENERGY into their financial tool called “money”.

The “One People’s Public Trust” is NOT a “trust fund”. At no point was the “Value” of the people ever put into an OPPT trust “fund” or “account”. The “VALUE” of the people was deposited back TO the people by the OPPT filings and was never held BY the OPPT trustees.

[Zap response] YES. THAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE OPT [OPPT], AND A GOOD STEP FORWARD THAT IS SUPPORTED BY US, THE ELDERS, AND OTHERS. ALL GOOD.

The OPPT UCC filings eliminated all hierarchy, and closed down and foreclosed on the “slavery system”. Anyone who is using these filings to work with organizations, corporations or perceived “governments” that were foreclosed BY the filings, is re-animating and resurrecting the former slavery financial system, by recognizing them as still being operational and as being valid. NO organization, group, corporation, or person has Any control over the disbursement, allocation, or amount of the perceived “value” of any Being – be it in monetary or energetic form- nor any ability to take a Being’s Value or assign a monetary amount to or from any individual person, Unless each person signs over their Value contractually and gives full consent to that organization.

The OPPT was never “bankrupt” and was never a “fund” that could be bankrupted. The OPPT was reconciled once it had done it’s job and finished what it was set out to do, as are ALL “Trusts” once they have served their purpose.
